Body Buff

A multi-joint, strength-training workout designed to challenge every major muscle group with an assortment of techniques.

Zumba

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. This combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. 

Bars and Plates

 This class uses adjustable weighted bars to perform full body exercises slowly and carefully. Our instructors will help you choose the appropriate weight for each exercise to ensure safety and success. 

Muay Thai

 This class level is designed to introduce fundamental drills, basic offensive and defensive footwork, proper form of punches, kicks, and knees. It entails loads of cardio and conditioning. You'll learn great techniques as well as blasting out rounds on the kick shields and basic partner drills. 

Yoga

  A classical blend of postures, breathing techniques, and meditation sequenced intelligently with the goal of inspiring a healthy body and uplifting the mind. 

High Fitness

High fitness  is an intense and crazy fun workout that leaves participants wanting more. Our formula alternates between cardio peaks and toning tracks that will take your heart rate to the sky and strength to the next level.

Pound

 Instead of listening to music while exercising, you make the music in this exciting full-body workout. Combining cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. A lil' something for everyone, POUND is designed for all fitness levels 

Step

This class is an energizing workout using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear, followed by muscle conditioning to shape and tone your body. 

Kickboxing

This class is designed for all levels. Come kick and punch your way to a fitter you! Kickboxing is a good way to increase your cardio and is loads of fun

Spin

 This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. 

Bootcamp

You can command Power, Strength and agility with this military inspired circuit workout that will push you to your limits.

Core and Stretch

Let our certified instructor take you through a safe and effective way to tone and strengthen your entire core region, topped off with a stretch section designed to lengthen your muscle and improve flexibility.

Pump

 Pump Is a fantastic full body workout that challenges all major muscle groups through weighted exercises – ideal for anyone .
